Built the website from scratch and executed a full-stack SEO and GEO programme for a Canadian luxury resale retailer — growing organic traffic from zero to 23K+ monthly visitors, GSC impressions from 1.7K to 6.4M, and top-3 keyword rankings from 1 to 429, all within 10 months.
A Canadian luxury resale and consignment retailer needed a complete digital presence built from the ground up. The website did not exist, the domain had zero authority, and the niche is highly competitive — dominated by global luxury platforms with decades of SEO equity. The mandate was clear: build a high-performance e-commerce website, then execute a compounding SEO strategy to capture organic search demand across Canada and establish the brand as the go-to local destination for authenticated pre-owned luxury goods.
Designed and built the full e-commerce website on Shopify, with SEO architecture embedded from day one: clean URL structures, optimised site hierarchy, internal linking frameworks, custom Liquid sections for SEO content on collection pages, and full meta tag coverage. Ongoing technical audits via Screaming Frog and Ahrefs maintained an excellent site health score throughout.


Executed a high-volume content programme built on deep keyword and topic cluster research — identifying 140+ blog topics in Month 1 alone. Published 40+ SEO-optimised blog posts per month, every post with proper heading structure, internal links, and product integrations. Content targeted the full funnel: branded queries, informational research, commercial comparisons, and transactional terms.


Built a three-tier link acquisition strategy: high-authority outreach backlinks (average DR 50–70) from relevant luxury, fashion, and lifestyle publications; local citation building across Canadian business directories; and a foundational link package (342 tier-1 links, 759 tier-2 links) in the first month to accelerate domain authority. Domain Rating grew from 0 to 27 over 10 months.

Systematically optimised every major collection page with keyword-researched copy, proper heading hierarchies, updated meta titles and descriptions within character limits, image alt tags, and internal cross-linking. 50+ collection pages optimised over the campaign, turning category pages into high-ranking organic landing pages.
Implemented a full GEO strategy to build visibility across AI-driven search environments: structured FAQ content, schema markup (product, FAQ, breadcrumb, local business), Simprosys integration for product feeds, and active monitoring of how the brand appears across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Copilot. AI citation pages grew from near-zero to 1,200+ on ChatGPT alone.


Organic growth followed a compounding curve: strong keyword indexation in Months 1–2, a major inflection point in Month 4 (top-3 rankings jumped from 14 to 107), breakthrough category rankings by Month 8, and sustained scaling through Month 11. GSC impressions grew from 1.7K to 6.4M over the campaign — a 3,800x increase.
