The client was preparing a major version upgrade of their AI-powered PDF editor and needed a unified, multi-channel go-to-market strategy to maximise launch impact across 9 global language markets. The challenge was to coordinate brand creative production, PR outreach, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, SEO, emerging AI search optimisation, and social content operations into a single cohesive campaign — while ensuring each channel reinforced the others for maximum impact.
Designed the brand visual identity around the product's core selling points and produced both 3D animated and live-action videos in long and short formats for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.


Wrote and distributed press releases around the product launch and key feature upgrades through major overseas tech and industry media outlets to build authority and amplify reach.

Built and operated content matrix accounts on Instagram and TikTok focused on office efficiency content.
